you submit when using our file conversion service. We designed doc2pdf to process your files temporarily
and delete them automatically.
What we process
Uploaded files: When you upload a document for conversion, we process it solely to generate the output
file (e.g., PDF). Files are stored temporarily to complete the conversion and to let you download the result.
Technical logs: Our servers may log basic technical information such as IP address, timestamps, request
paths, and error details to operate the service securely and prevent abuse.
Performance metrics (optional): We may use privacy‑friendly analytics/performance telemetry (e.g., Vercel
Speed Insights) to understand page performance and reliability. These tools are designed to avoid advertising and do not use
tracking cookies. See the provider’s documentation for details.
How long we keep data
Uploaded files: Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload by our housekeeping
service. We do not use uploaded content for any other purpose and do not build profiles from your files.
Output files: Converted results are stored alongside the originals and follow the same deletion schedule.
Technical logs: Retained for a short period and rotated for security and diagnostics. We do not link these
logs to uploaded file contents.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only when necessary to operate the service (e.g., hosting providers) and when
required by applicable law or lawful requests from public authorities.
Cookies and tracking
doc2pdf does not use advertising cookies. If performance telemetry is enabled, it operates without tracking cookies and is used
solely to improve reliability and page performance.
Your choices
Avoid uploading content that contains sensitive personal information.
Delete the result after download; otherwise it will be removed automatically within the stated window.
You can contact us to inquire about server logs that may contain your IP address at the time of use.
Children’s privacy
Our service is intended for a general audience and not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are below the age
of consent in your jurisdiction without parental permission.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest while it temporarily resides on
our systems. However, no Internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our service or legal requirements. We will post the updated document with
